Mikayla is the Creative Content and Marketing Director for Mantell-Hecathorn Builders. She is in charge of website design and maintenance and content creation for social and print media.

Mikayla is a 4th generation Durango native and came back to Durango in 2019 after graduating from NAU, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She is an Alumni of Alpha Phi Sorority and member of the Professional Women’s Network.

While not at work, Mikayla enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, being outside boating or hiking, and visiting her college town of Flagstaff, AZ.
